Looking for community administrators

Well, August is coming to an end, and it's time to expand administration beyond me. I am looking for 1-3 other people to join in administration of the
blueheronteanook within the next month or so.
Expected tasks
Tag wrangling: Make sure that the tags on each post are correct. This is fairly low effort to handle, but requires consistent effort in paying attention to each post as it comes in.
Content moderation: Make sure that everything posted is within the guidelines of acceptable content here. So far, this has not been much of an issue. Some cases may be clear cut, such as deleting something that is obviously about OCs, but others may be more nebulous and require carefully looking at content to decide whether it is against the rules.
Conduct moderation: Keep harassment, bullying, flaming, etc off of this platform. This requires some ability to judge when someone is over the line and dealing with problem members. Again, this hasn't been an issue so far, and ideally things will be kept that way.
Creating recurring posts: Creating recurring posts such as open threads consistently on schedule. This can be automated to some extent with setup, or be done manually.
Running events: This hasn't happened in the Tea Nook yet, but is something that is planned in the future. Running events likely involves organizing, creating informational posts, and other things on a schedule.
General management: Decide on changing rules, tag structure, recurring post types and schedule, and more as necessary.
Admin are expected to be active and able to communicate through a Discord groupchat. Admin that are unable to perform tasks for 3-6 months or longer will be considered on hiatus and removed from the position. Admin can also be removed in cases of unanimous vote by other admin.
