Open Thread #4 - actually on the first Friday of the month

Open from Aug 4 to Aug 17.

As I have said earlier, right now a lot of things are in experiment mode. How do you all feel about the threaded comment features being used to split discussion into Otherverse serials talk, fanfic talk, and general? Right now, all the thread posts are being created manually the day of, but it is possible to automate them by sending in scheduled emails with formatting. Comments cannot be posted automatically ahead of time like that.

Oof. That's why I'm not even considering writing anything set after Pale right now or heavily reliant on characters that Wildbow might add more information about, like the Belangers.
